Document Description
The Tahoe Keys Marina is under new ownership by Tahoe Keys SM I, LLC (TKSM I). As part of laking over ownership and efforts to rehabilitate the marina, many of the existing docks need replacing as they are in the late stages of their useful I ifecycle and will become a safety hazard if not timely replaced. Therefore, TKSMI plans to replace the existing dock facilities and associated piles with similar structures. This project will provide safety and water quality benefits lo facility ussrs and Lake Tahoe.
