Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-CCA-56603-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to SFPP, L.P. or as represented by Meghan Dina.
The project proposes to install a replacement section of the existing 10-inch Line Section 9 (LS-9) pipeline to alleviate imminent exposure across the bed of Old River. Project activities are limited to the abandonment-in-place of the existing pipeline; ground disturbance associated with equipment and materials staging, excavation of entry and exit pits on either side of the river, and excavation of trenches; and installation of a replacement pipeline through horizontal directional drilling (HDD) methods. No trees will be removed during project activities.
