The project would enhance State Route 184 to meet Caltrans standards. Work would include: install 4' thick AC pavement, adjust utility lids, add gutter, curb and sidewalk along Kern Canyon Road (State Route 184), conduct striping, install commercial signage, and construct a commercial driveway into the shopping center.
