Document Description
The project is intended to remediate damages incurred to fish and wildlife resources resulting from Fish and Game Code violations documented within an ephemeral tributary to East Valley Creek. The project consists of the following activities: 1) Installation of an appropriately sized culvert and associated armoring to convey the 100-year flow of an ephemeral stream bisecting an earthen landing, and abandon and decommission an existing failed culvert. 2) Removal of trash, refuse and debris from the western slope of the earthen landing above an ephemeral stream and set the slope back to 2:1. 3) Removal of an earthen impoundment within an ephemeral stream and grade to match previously existing bed, bank, and channel conditions. 4) Installation of an armored spillway to convey overflow from an onstream impoundment.
