Document Description
Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit that Southern California Edison (SCE) is proposing to replace one existing distribution pole, replace one existing guy-anchor, and install one new guy-anchor, and replace 1326 feet of overhead wire on existing poles as well as temporary traffic control activities along State Route 138 (SR-138) on postmile (PM) 50.82 on Fort Tejon Rd, in the City of Palmdale, County of Los Angeles. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 72 inches, an average width of 24 inches, and a maximum length of 2 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
