California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes mobilization, remove defective laminated signs from existing posts/overhead structure, install new posts as required, install new laminated signs, traffic control, and incidental work at the following locations: Interstate 5 in Colusa County at post mile (PM) 5.48, PM 17.9 and PM 19.8; Interstate 5 in Glenn County at PM 10.7; State Route 51 in Sacramento County at PM 2.04; State Route 65 in Placer County at PM 5.3; Interstate 80 in Placer County at PM 2.57 and PM 5.16; Interstate 80 in Sacramento County at PM 17.25; State Route 99 in Sacramento County at PM 0.74; State Route 113 in Yolo County at PM 3.94; and Interstate 505 in Yolo County at PM 10.3.

This project is exempt under Class 1(d), Section 15301 Existing Facilities as the project proposes to replace damaged road signs on Interstate 5, Interstate 80, Interstate 505, State Route 51, State Route 65, State Route 99 and on State Route 113 in Colusa, Glenn, Sacramento, Placer and Yolo Counties. Additionally, the project does not propose to expand the use of the existing facilities.
