The study is consistent with the activities outlined under Section 15306, which consists of data collection, research, experimental management, and resource evaluation activities which do not result in a serious or major disturbance to an environmental resource. These activities will be for information gathering purposes, which may lead to further actions not yet approved, adopted, or funded by OCTA.
