Document Description
This Project will enhance vehicular circulation and traffic safety by creating a "No Stopping at Any Time" restriction on Redwood Street (LR220A) north of Thurman Avenue, just west of the City of Porterville. The Project will consist of installing "No Stopping at Any Time" signs on the west side of Redwood Street from Thurman Avenue northward for approximately 400 ft. to the end of the roadway, just west of the City of Porterville, CA. In response to constituent concerns regarding vehicles parking on the roadway, creating a traffic safety hazard, the Tulare County Resource Management Agency (RMA) investigated these concerns and determined that establishing a "No Stopping" restriction would eliminate these hazards, enhancing vehicular circulation and improve traffic safety.
