Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes a landscape maintenance and irrigation system repair project at Postmiles (PM) R30.1 through R30.6 on State Route (SR) 99 in Merced County. The project repairs will be on both the North Bound On-ramp and the South Bound On-Ramp. All work will be within Caltrans Right of Way. The purpose of this project is to repair the landscaping and irrigation systems, enhancing the aesthetics and environmental benefits of the on-ramps through reintroduced vegetation. The project is needed to restore and preserve the landscape and irrigation capabilities of the highway ramps.
