Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-59640-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mike LaMalfa.
The Project is limited to one (1) encroachment, to replace a bridge over the East Canal, a tributary to East Fork Russian River. This Agreement relies on the Notification materials and a CDFW site visit on July 16, 2025. Work for this encroachment will include installation of pile-driven foundation piers, installation of a replacement steel bridge, and the placement of rock on the road approaches.
