Document Description
Caltrans proposes a Ramp Pavement Rehabilitation project from NB I-15 entrance ramp to Ocean View Blvd in San Diego County. Project work consists of cold planing 0.2’ of the existing asphalt in the travelway and shoulder and replacing it with 0.2’ of rubberized hot mix asphalt (RHMA-G), applying a fog seal coat everywhere except for the traveled way, and re-striping.
