Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SBA-54884-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Southern California Edison (Permittee), as represented by Victoria Parsons.
The project consists of vegetation trampling and trimming of four trees to facilitate access to the pole locations, the replacement of one anchor at Pole 2322068E, the replacement of one anchor at Pole 2322073E, the replacement of one anchor at Pole 2322076E, the replacement of two anchors and the installation of two new copper grounding rods on Pole 4128015E, and the transferring of guy lines at all five anchors. Project activities will result in 0.03-acre of temporary impacts to arroyo willow thickets and giant wild rye grasslands naturally occurring on Cañada del Venadito Creek’s right bank. The project also includes the remediation of all project areas, including the regrading of channel areas back to their pre-project contours, removal of project generated wastes, and the restoration of channel ecology and morphology upon completion of the project.
