Document Description
The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) proposes customer environmental improvements to Metro’s older and key transfer stations. The enhancements to 7th/Metro Center (7MC) Key Station (Project) support the customer experience, safe and convenient transfers between transportation modes, and state of good repair to maintain the functionality of the stations. The Project’s purpose is to modernize existing facilities, including updated signage, lighting, security features, and accessibility improvements. The Project will be within the existing city of Los Angeles ROW, advancing long-term transit efficiency and public mobility. Improvements will be designed to enhance existing infrastructure and transit operations. The Project will improve safety, security, accessibility, and customer experience through targeted upgrades, ensuring a more efficient and welcoming station environment.
