Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit for SIFI Networks to install 313 feet of 4-inch HDPE pipe with fiber optic cable, boring under E Palmdale Blvd at intersections State Route (SR) 138, and 9th St E and 11th St E in the City of Palmdale, County of Los Angeles, as well as perform temporary traffic control activities in the Caltrans right-of-way. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 48 inches, an average width of 12 inches, and a maximum length of 313 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
