Reasons for Exemption
The project scope is minor alteration of existing public facilities, including sawcut, removal and replacement of existing asphalt pavement on Alipaz Street between Camino Del Avion and Del Obispo Streets in the City of San Juan Capistrano. The project will also repair curb and gutter, construct landscaped medians and sidewalk with handicap accessible ramps, and replacement of pavement striping. The project is confined to existing public right of way and represents no expansion in use.
