Emergency work at the box culvert at Dutcher Creek Road will include removal of broken concrete, forming up and pouring concrete under the wingwall for support and filling in the scoured area with rock. Minimal vegetation clearing may be required to allow access to the culvert inlet/outlets but will be kept to the minimum necessary. The purpose of the project is to restore flow of the channel and ensure function of the associated culverts. The project is necessary to prevent the loss or impairment of life, property, or essential public services along these sections of Dry Creek Road and Dutcher Creek Road.
