Document Description
The District has an existing siphon that connects the Winters Canal from the north to the south to deliver water to farmers towards the town of Winters. The pipe has reached its useful life and is currently cracked and leaking into the Walnut Canal . also known as the Chickahominy Slough. The existing metal siphon needs to be removed and replaced with a new concrete siphon.
