Document Description
The Project will replace a failed 24-inch diameter reinforced concrete pipe storm drain outfall to an unnamed tributary to Arroyo Del Valle, just north of Vineyard Avenue. The failed outfall was undermined by significant incision of the creek channel. The Project will also lay back the bank of the incised channel to a stable slope.
