Caltrans approves the encroachment permit that Charter Communications is requesting on the north side of Foothill Boulevard to bore and place a total of 693 feet of 3-inch conduit, and trench to install a total of 67 feet of 3-inch conduit on State Route 66 at postmile (PM) 0.81 in the city of La Verne, County of Los Angeles. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 48 inches, an average width of 3 inches, and a maximum length of 760 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
