The project is located between the Camarillo/California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) right of way (ROW) to the south and the Camarillo/County of Ventura (County) ROW to the north. The project would connect a critical gap on Central Avenue from the existing unincorporated County bike lanes to the Springville Bike Path.
