Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-57266-R1C], pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Daniel Coleman. The Project is limited to 1 (one) encroachment to upgrade an existing undersized culvert with a 36-inch diameter x 40-foot long corrugated metal pipe (CMP) culvert. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of the existing culvert, replacement with new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.

The project replaces an existing culvert with an appropriately sized culvert and will be installed to current standards. There would be no significant adverse impact on endangered, rare or threatened species or their habitat pursuant to section 15065. The structures have the same use and capacity.
