Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit that Alex and Christina Tsiboukasis are to upgrade and reconstruct the existing broken sidewalk at the property frontage along Western Ave. at the southwestern corner of the intersection of Western Ave. and Del Amo Blvd. at postmile (PM) 9.039 in the City of Torrance, County of Los Angeles. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 8 inches, an average width of 48 inches, and a maximum length of 39 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
