The proposed project meets the Categorical Exemptions guidelines and has been determined to be exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), per Section 15301 (e 2), "Existing Facilities", Class 1. The applicant will be making revisions to an existing and approved conditional use permit. The project as proposed will be relocating parking spaces at the existing site, relocating the driveway approach, adding new asphalt, a new 185 sq ft. trash enclosure and modifying an approved 3,630 square feet storage building to 3,500 square feet at an existing truck dispatch and storage yard
