The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration
Agreement number EPIMS-SLO-57972-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Sable Offshore Corporation, represented by Brian Lance Yearwood.
The Project includes the excavation, grading, and revegetation activities to remediate impacts created by the unauthorized repair of a pipeline anomaly CA-325 activity that occurred within an approximately 0.22-acre (125 linear foot) area of the unnamed tributary to the Cuyama River.

Reasons for Exemption
The Project is exempt because it includes the remediation and revegetation of unauthorized grading and excavation activities, including the removal of grasses and salt brush scrub habitat along an approximately 125 linear foot and 0.22-acre area of the unnamed tributary to the Cuyama River and on the California Department of Fish and Wildlife Carrizo Plain Ecological Reserve. No significant environmental impacts will result if the Project is completed under the protective features included in Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-SLO-57972-R4.
