Document Description
The applicant is proposing 9,010.5 sf mature outdoor canopy. The cannabis operation is located at 2111 Westridge Rd, APN 019-650-018 in Trinity County on a 3.7 acre parcel within the Rattlesnake Creek watershed. Immature plant area will be 420 sf. A 90 sf processing area and a cannabis composting area will be on site. A generator on-site provides electricity for domestic, non-cannabis use. The project does not propose any new infrastructure such as greenhouses or buildings, and water would be provided form an onsite well. An onsite septic system would serve the project’s wastewater needs. The project site would be accessed via a driveway that connects to Westridge Road.

The Department of Cannabis Control has determined that the project is consistent with the local jurisdiction community plan and/or zoning designations. CEQA mandates that the project is consistent with the development density established by existing zoning, community plan, or general plan policies for which an EIR was certified and shall not require additional environmental review, except as might be necessary to examine whether there are project-specific significant effects which are peculiar to the project or its site. The project activity fits within the parameters included in CEQA Guidelines Section 15183 and the activity does not require additional CEQA analysis.
