Document Description
This project proposes repairs to a maintenance office roof that is leaking at Malibu Lagoon State Park. The Adamson House, as well as its associate buildings, structures, and landscape grounds are included in the State Historic Landmark and National Register listings. The proposed reroofing project is a standard recurring maintenance service on the historic maintenance office building, and any repairs of a degraded support structure will be performed in-kind. It will have no adverse impact on a historic resource. Roof underpinnings may be damaged or rotted and will be replaced in-kind if needed. DPR-approved standard project requitements have been incorporated into this project.
