Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to Execute a Second Amendment to Right of Way Agreement HD-9231 (ROE) with BKK Corporation (BKK), a California corporation extending the term for an additional two years, effective upon execution of the amended ROE by the Chief Executive Officer of the Port to keep in place, two groundwater monitoring wells. The wells located near Anaheim Way and Pier B Street, will maintain the annual rent of $2,000 to continue periodic maintenance and sample collection to assess potential groundwater pollution, required by the Department of Toxic Substance Control (DTSC).
