Document Description
The Board of Harbor Commissioners approved a Joint Revocable Permit to allow for the placement of one underground 6”
casing containing three 1.25” innerducts. One innerduct will contain a 72-count fiber, and the other two will remain empty for
future use. The new facilities will be bored at a depth of 15 feet across the former UPRR San Pedro Branch Railroad Right-of-
Way. Two 3’x5’ bore/receiving pits will be placed outside of the Joint Ports property.

topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of existing or former use. The issuance of a joint revocable permit
would grant Level 3 Communications, LLC permission to install a casing with innerducts for fiber optic cables in an existing
right-of-way with negligible or no expansion of use.
