Document Description
Caltrans proposes micro-surfacing and adding rumble strips on the roadway surface from edge of pavement to edge of pavement, and to provide 3-feet wide shoulder backing outside the shoulder, installing common construction stationary signs on the shoulder to guide motorists during construction, and includes restriping, and roadway signs. The project is located in far eastern San Diego County along State Route 78 (SR 78) in the Anza Borrego Desert State Park, and the project site borders the Imperial County line. All work will occur within Caltrans state right-of-way.
