Document Description
The Project proposes to replace an existing bridge used to access Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s Antlers Substation located north of Lakehead in Shasta County. The repairs include removing the existing bridge, which consists of six culverts, and replacing it with a 31-foot-long by 24-foot-wide precast concrete slab. The new bridge will be installed on precast concrete footings/abutments that will be 4 feet wide by 21 feet long. Rock slope protection will be installed on the banks of the creek to protect the bridge abutments during high flows.
