Document Description
The proposed project consists of replacement of the existing roof mounted water-cooled chillers with two new 250-ton, concrete slab mounted air-cooled chillers. The project also includes construction of new 1,550 sf metal building to house the new chilled water pumps, other related equipment, new hydronic chilled water supply and return piping to connect into the existing system. Site work includes construction of a new Concrete Masonry Unit block wall surrounding the new building, grading and sloping the enclosed yard, installation of new underground chilled water supply and return piping, connection of new domestic water & sewer lines to existing lines, new power supply line with a new electric transformer, new concrete paving, replacement of asphalt paving, and other related work.
