Document Description
The Project involves canopy repairs that will require replacement of existing wood pedestrian canopies with new metal canopies and Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) compliant path of travel improvements. Concrete upgrades will occur as needed below the canopies, and the re-installation of existing utilities on curbs above the canopies. The fire alarm replacement will be a complete campus upgrade for all buildings to be in compliance with all necessary entities and code requirements.
