Document Description
Construct privacy fencing for Employee Residences 1, 2, and 7 at Donner Memorial State Park and Employee Residence 2 at Tahoe State Recreation Area (TSRA) to reduce visitor foot traffic through employee residential areas and enhance resident privacy by discouraging public access. An existing fence at Residence 2 at Tahoe State Recreation Area will be removed for replacement. At each residence, Park hand crews will complete the following work:
• Use shovels to grade a six-inch deep x 2-ft wide alignment for each fence;
• Excavate up to 65, 2-ft deep by 8-in. wide postholes, spaced 8 ft apart, with total number of postholes/posts varying by residence;
• Install one (1) 6-in. x 6-in. treated wood post in each posthole;
• Pour concrete to secure posts in place;
• Attach three (3) 2-in. x 4-in. horizontal support boards to each post; and
• Install 6-ft high dog ear panel fence with entry gate(s). Total number of gates varies by residence.
