The project will install two speed humps with related signage on the existing street and right-of-way area and involved no grading and minimal site disturbance and is categorically exempt from environmental review pursuant to CEQA Guideline Chapter 3, Article 19, Section 15301 (c) the repair, maintenance, or minor alteration of existing highways and streets, sidewalks, gutters, bicycle and pedestrian trails, and similar facilities (this includes road grading for the purpose of public safety), and other alterations such as the addition of bicycle facilities; and Chapter 3, Article 19, Section 15302 (c) Replacement or Reconstruction of existing facilities with negligible or no expansion of capacity.
