Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry (ROE) and grant an easement to the Yurok Telecommunication Corporation for access to Del Norte Coast Redwoods State Park to allow for the installation of fiber optic along existing pacific Power & Electric (PPL) lines located on park land to install fiber optic lines that will bring high-speed broadband service to Tribal Households, businesses and institutions.
All work conducted pursuant to this ROE will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to CEQA, NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
