Document Description
The Project will consist of Forever Beauty Style Inc (FBS Inc) is approved for up to 50,000SF of indoor cultivation and 800SF of distribution. A total of 30,000SF of cultivation has been approved so far (3 small indoors), alongside a nursey, processor, and distributor. The project is located on a site previously used as an industrial recycling center over multiple buildings within the general plan zone for general industry and transportation (code IG) which allows for cultivation and distribution. FBS Inc is consistent with all of Oakland’s community, general, and zoning plans. FBS Inc has the appropriate conditional operating permit, is not located within a Cortese site, not a historic property, and approval from various public serv ice agencies. They are served by PG&E for power and EBMUD for water.
