The proposed Project consists of an Amendment to an existing License Agreements that includes the following actions: (1) the issuance of a license to use an existing facility involving negligible or no expansion of use, exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article 19, Sections 15301 of California CEQA Guidelines ; (2) installation of new accessory equipment; exempt from CEQA pursuant to Article 19, Sections 15303(e) of California CEQA Guidelines; and (3) collection of information exempt from CEQA pursuant to Article 19, Section 15306 of California CEQA Guidelines. None of the limitations set forth in State CEQA Guidelines 15300.2 apply.
