Document Description
The project consists of subdividing a 13.14-acre property located in the SR-1/NCSP/AO-C (Suburban Residential 1-acre minimum/North Chico Specific Plan/Airport Overlay C Compatibility Zone) zone into four parcels. Parcels 1, 2 & 3 would be 1 acres each while Parcel 4 will be 10.14 acres respectively. The parcel is currently developed with a residence and six accessory structures. No development is proposed as a part of this application; however, future development is consistent with the zoning designation is plausible. Water and wastewater disposal would be provided via individual wells & septic systems. Parcels 1 and 2 would obtain access via a proposed shared driveway while Parcels 3 and 4 would be served by the existing driveway.
