Document Description
The Project involves the removal and disposal of surficial waste and the excavation of waste materials (waste, ash, and contaminated soil) from two areas (main Primary area and minor Secondary area) that are either within or adjacent to two ephemeral drainages. The excavated waste will be consolidated in another location within the burn dump footprint and then capped with 2 feet of clean soil from a Borrow area to achieve final cover grades that are less steep than before. The areas within the two ephemeral streams that would be impacted by waste excavation would be remediated and restored.
