Document Description
The project proposes bike lane enhancements at various locations on State Route 180 in Fresno. The locations include the Cedar Avenue overcrossing (post mile R59.878), the Chestnut Avenue undercrossing (post mile R60.869), the Peach Avenue overcrossing (post mile R61.895), Clovis Avenue overcrossing (post mile R62.894), and Fowler Avenue (post mile R63.980). Work involves installing a green bike path (applying methyl methacrylate paint) between two stripes, restriping bike lanes, wrong way details and install bike lane signs with off-ramp restriping. The bike lane enhancements will be on existing paved surfaces only. The project does not involve any pavement work, so no disturbance will occur to the paved asphalt. All work to occur in the Caltrans right of way.
