The project proposes a project that will rehabilitate the drainage system in Placer County at the following locations: State Route (SR) 28 Post Mile (PM) 5.85 to 5.98 and SR 89 PM 6.31 to 6.36. The purpose of the project is to remove and replace concrete valley gutters to improve the water flow to drainage inlets. The project is needed to rehabilitate the drainage system, minimize future maintenance needs, and extend the serve life of the roadway.
