Document Description
Eastern Municipal Water District’s (EMWD) Diamond Valley 1 Tank Rehabilitation project aims to enhance the operational reliability of the Diamond Valley 1 Tank and provide additional safeguards for District personnel operating the tank.
Rehabilitation of Diamond Valley Tank 1 would include: the demolition of below-grade piping, valve assembly, and vault; replacement of electrical and controls conductors between the vault and the tank site remote control terminal unit; installation of above grade valve and piping assembly; new interior tank coating; and construction of site security improvements. Beneficiaries of the project are EMWD Operations Staff and EMWD ratepayers.
