Document Description
The proposed project consists of upgrades to accessible path of travel in common building areas and site. Upgrades will include replacement of all sinks and countertops in all restrooms, replacement of exiting in common areas and room signage at all restrooms. Elevators will also be upgraded to bring them up to current code. Accessible water closets, paper towel dispensers, sanitary napkin dispensers and grab bars will be relocated to bring them up to current code. Work also includes upgrades to hardscape at path of travel from existing accessible parking stalls to building entry and upgrades to accessible parking stalls to bring them up to code.
