The Helix Water District proposes to renovate and expand the existing campground and recreation facilities at Lake Jennings at two project sites along the lakeshore. The campground portion of the project consists of a whole campground site redevelopment, including enhancements to existing facilities and installation of new campground sites and new recreational amenities. The County recreational amenity portion of the project would redevelop an existing paved parking lot with a playground featuring play equipment, wood fiber surfacing and a fenced dog park.
