The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SHA-59828-R1I, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Margaret McEvoy.
The project is limited to placement of rock slope protection (RSP) along 120 linear feet of streambank along the upper Sacramento River in the Sweetbriar neighborhood of Castella to protect the driveway and prevent further loss of property.
