Document Description
The applicant is requesting a Parcel Map dividing 85.61 acres of property into three parcels. Parcel one is approximately 13.46 acres and is located on the southwest side of Fairmead Blvd. Parcel two is located on the northeast side of Fairmead Blvd and is approximately 12.81 acres. Parcel three which is contiguous to parcel two and located on the southwest side of Ave 20 ½ is approximately 59.34 acres. It is anticipated that, subsequent to recording of the map, the site would be developed in two phases. No development permits have been applied for at the time of the environmental analysis. The first phase of development is expected to occur on Parcel 1 west of Fairmead Boulevard.
