Document Description
Caltrans proposes cold planing existing damaged asphalt concrete (AC) pavement by 0.15’ and then placing a rubberized hot mix asphalt type G (RHMA-G) overlay on I-980 from 0.2 mile west of the 11th Street overcrossing to the 30th Street undercrossing. Any damaged delineation or pavement markings will be replaced. Construction equipment to be used includes, but is not limited to, pavers, rollers, loaders, dump trucks, sweepers, and utility trucks. The project will be constructed beginning June 1st, 2026, and should be completed by the end of September 2026.
