Existing potable Well 20 failed. Project includes a new Well 20A drilled at the same site as Well 20 and destroying Well 20. The capacity of Well 20A is
designed to be close to the capacity of Well 20. Well 20A will be treated to remove 1,2,3-trichloropropane with granular activated carbon. The well is for potable water use into the City of Atwater’s distribution system.
