Reasons for Exemption
Under Decision D. 22-04-055 and Resolution T-17852 CPUC determined this project would fall within one of several categorical exemptions under CEQA. Furthermore, the City of San Luis Obispo completed an IS/MND in 2007 for utility trenching and installation. This project is exempt as it does not have the potential to have a significant impact on the environment.
