This Project has been reviewed in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The City’s Environmental Administrator has determined that the Project is categorically exempt from further environmental review pursuant to Section 15315, Minor Land Divisions (Class 15), of the State CEQA Guidelines. The exemption applies because the Project involves the division of property in an urbanized area zoned for industrial use into four or fewer parcels and is consistent with the General Plan and zoning regulations. No variances or exceptions are required. All services and access to the proposed parcels are available and meet local standards. The parcel has not been involved in a division of a larger parcel within the past two years, and the site does not have an average slope greater than 20 percent.
